Loading:             Loading shall commence 30 to 45 days after confirmation of credit.
Barge Loading Port:   Binuang - Tapin, South Kalimantan, Indonesia
anchorage point :     Taboneo, South Kalimantan
loading rate / barge :  400 - 600 mt / hour, by conveyor
Mining location:       Cersik, Penajam East Kalimantan - Indonesia
Delivery:             The date of the Bill of Lading shall be considered the date of delivery.
Shipping:             60,000 MT  x 12 months = 720,000 MT
Source:              Indonesia AT Seller’s option

Contract term:        One year; with provision for annual price renegotiation and extensions.
Performance Bond:     2% against confirmed credit for each shipment.
DOCUMENT &  REQUIREMENT :
Seller shall submit the following documents for payment through their back to the Buyers Bank          Directly for negotiations:
a. Seller’s Signed and Stamped Commercial Invoice 1+4 Signed copies showing details of Calculation.
b. Full Set Original “ Clean On Board” Charter party Bill of Lading market “Freight Payable as Per Charter Party”
c. Certificate of Weight in 1 Original plus 3 Copies and Quality Certificate in 1 Original plus 3 Copies  issued by PT. Sucofindo or PT.Geoservices or PT.Carsurin.
d. FORM D In 3 Originals
e. Beneficiary’s Certificate Certifying that one complete set of Shipping Documents was sent to BUYER by Fax within 3 days after BL Date.
f. ” Certificate Origin in 1 Original + 3 Copies from Chamber of Commence or equivalent Government authority for exportation.
Payment Terms:       Stand By Letter of Credit being payable upon completed Seller’s legal action as per contract by T/T within 3 banking days.
